the man on the brewing front
Manuel is a trained electrical engineer. For ten years he gained valuable expertise worldwide (Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, USA, South Africa, Canada...) as a software engineer for a large brewhouse builder. He looked after customers all over the world and helped them to meet their individual requirements. At some point, the impulse came to set up something of his own. In the Allgäu, his home. So in 2015 he founded eight degree solutions with his brother Florian. Ready to travel and as flexible as ever, he now supports customers on site and enriches the project with his know-how.

the man in the back office
Florian, also the founder of eight degree solutions and formerly a web developer, has his eye on the numbers. He IS the back office. Florian takes care of the spare parts business, service requests and coordinates collections. Order confirmations and order processing do not pass his desk unseen; he is where the threads come together.
Sylvain | Sales & Support
our man in France
Sylvain has been a member of our team since 2017 and represents us in France as well as in the French-speaking countries, including Switzerland - by now, more than 30 installations have been set up there. Originally, Sylvain ran a successful hobby brewery shop in Lyon and worked in this industry for many years. His in-depth understanding of our customers' needs has been instrumental in our success in the French market.
